Not one of the better properties I have stayed at.

Check-in was quick and easy and the lady at the front deask was very welcoming. The room size was good, and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. It's was also nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The gym was small but you can still get a good workout.

Breakfast was basic but it was OK. Only fruit or yogurt if you wanted something low calorie. The bathroom needs to be updated and found a few hairs in the tub. There is no good ventilation so the room smelt a little musty. Also the carpet in the room and hall could do with a good clean.

The elevator was not working most of the time and we were on the third floor. Breakfast was ok but limited and they were not ready at 6:30, it took them until after 7am to get everything set up. There were questionable stains in the hall carpet on the third floor but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. They did not have a laundry which was disappointing because we needed one and the nearest place was a mile down the road. The outdoor pool was also closed despite 80*+ temperatures.

Dont book tgis inn, elevator does not work. Dirty towels, dirty bedsheets

The front desk staff exhibits a lack of professionalism and courtesy, and the lobby is unclean and poorly maintained. It does not resemble a hotel atmosphere; instead, it feels more like a garage.

The customer service at this hotel is unacceptable. The staff member I encountered was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing my questions, he laughed and made light of the situation, which understandably upset my adult children. My older son confronted him, asking why he was making fun of me, but the staff member had no response. I had booked a double bed, and despite providing proof of my reservation, he initially claimed they didn’t have one available. Eventually, he said he found one, but the next day, housekeeping knocked on my door, disregarding my privacy sign. They insisted I was on the checkout list, trying to rush me out of the hotel. Feeling pressured to leave, my kids suggested we find another place to stay. Ultimately, we were glad to move on, as we discovered a beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. After this experience, I will never return to this location, and neither will my family.
