This place is rated at a 6.5 on booking.com and it should. be rated as a 1 or 2. This place is very different from the extended stay Americas that we have up north. It’s dirty. Floors are not clean. I was so thankful I brought my crocs to walk with. It looks like the room hadn’t been cleaned in years. The windows and windowsills are dirty. There was ants everywhere. I was literally sitting on the bed studying and an aunt crawled on me and I killed it. No one told me when I checked in there was a scheduled maintenance so there was a sign left by the front desk stating no one would arrive until 10 AM or 11 AM. Well, I blew my nose and threw some tissue in the toilet, and then my toilet wouldn’t flush and I had no one to help me unclog it. So after all this, I paid for two nights day and I checked out early. I’ve been waiting to hear back from someone about getting a refund for one night and I still have not heard from anyone. I definitely do not recommend this place for anyone. It smells like pure cigarettes and this place is I would say for homeless people that need a place to live.

Me and my family stayed here for a few weeks until our home was available for move in and really enjoyed everything about it. It actually felt like home, we were very comfortable with the location, the cleanliness and great customer service. Furniture was in a great condition, laundry was always clean and available upon request. Definitely would recommend to others!

I had a fire happen at my apartment so i chose extended stay america Churchland blvd as my home for 2 weeks. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they are. From the desk to housekeeping to engineering, they all care and are very helpful.

There were roaches in the room. The microwave had mold and rust. There was mold in the room. The walls were cracking. The bathroom was nasty. Management refused to make any accommodations or give any recourse for the conditions of the room.

Location was convenient. I’m from the area
