The meals could have been tastier

Beautiful, quiet, and convenient location at Marigot Bay in Saint Lucia. A semi-private beach is located adjacent to the resort, offering fantastic sunset views and a wide array of activities available in the area. We enjoyed our stay, although the property would have benefited from some maintenance in both the room and overall facilities. We ran out of water in our room a few times, and paper towels were not provided for the kitchen. Other than that, the room had everything we needed. In the common areas, the pool was not completely clean, and some of the beach chairs were dirty and falling apart. Most of the restaurant staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast included in the package. However, lunch and dinner options were extremely expensive, both at nearby restaurants and especially at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, it was a good experience despite the negatives, as the location, weather, and friendly, welcoming locals made it worthwhile.

I want to start off by saying I had an amazing time in Saint Lucia, this is a beautiful island. The only terrible thing about my whole trip is this property. So where do I start, first I was left at the bay at midnight after getting back from the street party and fish fry at midnight. Security did not answer their phone to take me back to the resort on a ferry. Second the key to my room did not lock my room from the outside, third water ran out on me as I wash taking a shower. Like ran out and I had to use the bottled water I bought to rinse off. Also not once were my sheets changed the whole time I was there. I’m never staying here.

It was good.

We spent a wonderful week here. The Firefly Studio was perfect (renovated?). Marigot Bay makes for a splendid environment. Plenty of eateries around, at reasonable rates. Ferry always available. Beach speclessly clean. The local "supermarket" was good enough for us.

My short stay was excellent quiet and surroundings in-tune with nature. Staff were friendly and informative. It's an experience l will recommend and will return again soon

Beautiful property

We loved the property, our food and drinks were excellent, the steak was my favorite it was seasoned good. The owner of the property Mr. David was so helpful oh my gosh we can’t wait to visit again next year.
