Marigot Beach Club and Dive Resort

What an amazing crew of staff they have at the hotel…a few power and water issues. Which were resolved as quickly as possible. But this comes with the territory, i have stayed in other Caribbean countries and experienced same issues. The ferry service to and from the hotel is faultless and like hotel staff are amazing people helpful people too. I would recommend staying at the marigot beach hotel to anyone. P.S i highly recommend Jakes barbers across the bay from hotel, if anyone needs that service during their stay💇‍♂️ top quality service.

Phone not working, safe not working, no one in reception after 4pm

Absolutely wonderful staff. Very attentive and friendly! Just a very few exceptions..sadly the water taxi guy (not Ricky👍😁) was obviously doing the bare minimum. The water taxi guy made us wait a long time, two lunch servers were ignoring us…so sad(we love island time🌞👍), but this wasn’t that..just lazy

Great property to feel the vibe of old St Lucia. Very accommodating and friendly staff with a nice bar and free shuttle to take you across the bay. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful place, friendly staff, safe .

We are full time live aboard sailors. We bought a day pass to spend the day dining, playing in pool and indulging in adult beverages. The service we received from Hilda and Renata in the restaurant for breakfast was great. Service with friendliness and a smile isn't something we always see. Hilda brought us our first mimosas. Renata made sure we were happy with our service. Down at the pool bar, Allison served us with a smile and a great drink. Those bartenders at the pool bar were working very hard and tirelessly. They all had smiles on their faces and served you as fast as they could. Again, Renata was down there after upstairs Service finished. She made sure we had what we needed. Hilda was downstairs as well. Between Hilda, Allison and Renata we had great service. Cons: breakfast was a buffet but you could order eggs done the way you like it. The downstairs restroom needed service. It needed TP and one toilet needed to be cleaned out. In the 6-hours we were there, I told many people and they told maintenance. Nothing was done. Overall a great experience!!!

We loved the property, and the staff was fantastic. We had a room with a kitchen, and wish they would have a few more basics - small bowls for cereal(in addition to the large ones provided), a mixing bowl, a spatula.

Showers didn’t work, and unfortunately not fixed for the duration of our stay. Staff not very friendly, with the exception of the cooks and chef they were nice and polite. Booking excursions through the hotel was like getting your teeth pulled, lol. About the only thing that was excellent, were the views.
