"Broken window, in your room no microwave, filthy elevator that is never cleaned-lwecome to the World of Hyatt!"

You may check in to your room and find it has a broken cracked window. You may check into your room and find it has no microwave. You may check in and have no one recognize you are a Hyatt member. You may check in and realize no one cleans the elevator - EVER - during your four night stay. All this happened to me. I will not return.
