Very unhappy with our stay here. We showed up at 12:30am and had to wait outside for 20 minutes as the door was locked and no one was answering the door or the phone number that was listed on the door. I had to call the corporate number and they had to call the hotel to let us in only to be told by the staff member that I was lying… that I wasn’t waiting outside for 20 minutes and that she was at the front desk the whole time. First she said I must have dialed wrong (I told her I didn’t as the Marriott greeting came on and then proceeded to show her my phone with the called number several times -the first one being 20 mins ago. She then said that she was at the desk and saw me outside but just assumed I was looking for my room key to get in And that is why she didn’t come to the door. No apology just that I was lying. Extremely disappointing way to try out our first Hyatt. We usually stay at Marriott or Hilton but wanted to give Hyatt a try. Never again.

The hotel in general was great! The staff was friendly. The room had lots of space and it was very clean. The breakfast was delicious!

There was nothing to complain about.

Hotel staff banged on door while we had do not disturb sign on door because we were in shower they would not quit knocking , than they started calling the phone in the room all because the housekeeper had left his cell phone on the nights stand plugged into my phone charger

Despite me completing the cc Auth and calling the facility to confirm my employees were covered you chose to bill my employees. I completed the form and even called to verify their proformas reflected the business paying and was told we were good to go and yet you still billed my employees
