The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel. A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. The health club opening hours are as follow: - Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00 - Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00 Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily. Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details). All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Nice hotel hitting a reasonable standard."

Location and cleanliness. Reasonable rates. Friendly staff.

Coffee shop service very slow. Staff were more interested in the task rather than the customer. They seemed disorganised. I waited 15 min in a queue while 5 staff made no effort to move through the line

The staff was kind and professional, but the room had a few issues.

Two silverfish in the bathtub when we arrived and the air conditioner kept shutting off in the middle of the night requiring us to get up and turn in back on during this heat spell.

- ruime kamer en ruime badkamer met bad en douche - groot heerlijk bed - parkeren op het terrein - zwembad en gym

Niet echt een grote tegenvaller, maar omdat het een groot hotel is, zijn er veel bewegingen op de gang wat daardoor gehorig lijkt.
