The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating , having Rituals products in the bathroom was a lovely touch . The breakfast was delicious

Filthy with the dirt. Dead bugs crushed into the carpets, carpets heavily stained. Outdoor pool area filthy covered in green slimy algae and rubbish thrown around

Lovely stay at The Kingsley Hotel, although a mix up at check in, the hotel sorted it out. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious and the air conditioning was great. Bedding lovely and the bathroom and shower area really great. The staff on reception, at breakfast and even when I rang leaving something in the room, they retrieved it and rang me back without haste. Great location to UCC for a graduation.

Not really worth mentioning but no fridge in the room, however water stations available at the lift area. Robes but no slippers but I'm sure could have been provided if requested.

The location was great with a picturesque al fresco area next to the river. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was so large! the staff was lovely. The pool area was very well equipped.

The room didn’t have black out.

Staff were all fantastic. Spa was great, loads of lovely little touches around the place.
