The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel. A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. The health club opening hours are as follow: - Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00 - Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00 Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily. Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details). All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Beautiful hotel. Great staff and very warm welcome. Room was great.

When I ordered food they had forgotten my order after an hour. They didn’t charge me for it though. Would go back though 100%.

The room was very nice and clean, confortable and we spent a great evening, we had a quick bite at the bar and enjoyed the food, there is a path / trail in the back that goes all the way to town and we did it all, so convinient and wonderful path, in the morning there is a café we had some delicious pastry and lattes and beautiful launch area. We only spent one night but it was perfect for us.

Everything. I wad early and as my room wasn't available, the staff allowed me to leave my bags while I went to the function I was in Cork for. When I returned later that night, I had been upgraded to the presidential suite at no additional cost.

We had dinner one night in the restaurant and both our meals were wonderful. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choice. The hot plates were always topped up and you could even order some nice dishes from a menu.
