The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel. A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. The health club opening hours are as follow: - Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00 - Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00 Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily. Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details). All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The thermal pool outdoors was very nice, food was very good.

We went to the bar on Saturday night but unfortunately the were a big group of people from the travelling community and they were very loud and totally disrespectful to others, they were vaping, drinking and shouting. So we have left, as we couldn't enjoy it.

Beautiful hotel, great location with scenic views of the river, comfortable beds, wonderful spa, incredible breakfast. Overall a very nice experience and a good value for money. Also they had free parking for our rental car which was a nice bonus.
