Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the property prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

Simplesmente maravilhoso, com toda certeza voltaremos, saímos pensando na próxima hospedagem. Escolhemos o resort pela estrutura para crianças, e nós surpreendemos com cada detalhe. O atendimento impecável do início ao fim de toooodos os funcionários. Em especial a Maitê que deu um suporte e um atendimento incrível por telefone e a Débora, do espaço Cora, tentamos ficar uma diária a mais e ela deu todo o suporte e retorno possível para que podemos ficar, mas infelizmente saímos na data inicial. Os bardenters incríveis, animados e super dispostos a atender. O restaurante Nossa Senhora da Vitória, sensacional O café da manhã incrível, meu deus que omelete maravilhosa. O restaurante infantil maravilhoso Ganhamos um up grade que encantou ainda mais nossa estadia, ficamos realizados. Com toda certeza voltaremos no próximo ano para nossas próximas férias, e já temos decidido que a hospedagem será de mais dias para podermos aproveitar mais ainda esse paraíso.

Uma crítica construtiva, dar mais atenção na limpeza do apto Outro ponto, check out, quando cheguei no balcão tinham 3 rapazes parados e uma moça atendendo Os rapazes entraram pra sala atraz da recepção e eu fiquei mais de 10 minutos parada espera do alguém me atender...., alguns detalhes que fazem a diferença

A comida estava excelente!! E os apartamentos muito limpos e confortáveis

A recreação estava muito bagunçada. Funcionários dando informações desencontradas e por muitas vezes iamos ao local de eventos conforme colocado na programação e chegando lá não tinha ninguem
