Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the property prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Excelente todos los servicios y destacar la atención que te dan, en nuestro caso que éramos un grupo de 35 personas, Mayté Guedes del resort nos asesoró de forma excelente y nos ayudó mucho organizando parte de nuestras actividades y brindando información constante.

Las piscinas e instalaciones son lo mejor. Todo muy organizado para que te sientas seguro y cómodo. El acceso a todas las habitaciones es muy accesible, los niños podían trasladarse solos sin dificultad.

La comida podría estar mejor.... las ensaladas no eran frescas y repetían siempre los mismos platos. El restaurante Italiano, realmente no me gustó nada. La atención del personal de las barras de tragos era un desastre, atendían de muy mala gana. El resto del personal estuvo muy bien. El agua envasada que te dan es agua filtrada y no tiene buen sabor.

"Great food, very noisy place"

The food and the beach were great

The swimming pools were small and dirty, people drinking and eating inside the pools. There was noise everywhere. They had notices telling you to disconnect and connect with nature but with so much noise I could barely connect to my thoughts. There was loud music in the restaurants and the swimming pools. It was very hard to have a conversation in the restaurant because of the noise and music. People in other apartments with speakers listening to loud music as well. We always needed to remind the staff to clean the room. We would call the cleaning crew before 10 am and when we came back the room wouldn't be ready. In addition, in a very busy week like Easter, they were making repairs. In addition, this is a family hotel, there was a beer drinking competition.
