Bis auf den Nachgang beziehungsweise den Aftersales-Service war also alles in Ordnung.

Ich war vom 21.05.2026 bis 22.05.2026 im Pentahotel Bremen. Leider habe ich die für meine Geschäftsabrechnung benötigte Rechnung trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht erhalten. Auf meine erste Anfrage wurde mir zwar mitgeteilt, dass die Rechnung im Anhang sei, tatsächlich war jedoch keine Rechnung beigefügt. Auch nach meiner erneuten Rückmeldung wurde das Problem bislang nicht gelöst. Der Aufenthalt selbst mag in Ordnung gewesen sein, aber der Service im Nachgang war für mich enttäuschend und unnötig aufwendig. Gerade bei Geschäftsreisen sollte eine korrekte und zeitnahe Rechnungsstellung selbstverständlich sein.
