Hampton Inn Castle Rock

Let me be upfront: I'm giving this Hampton Inn five stars within its class. I've stayed in luxury hotels, and Hampton Inn doesn't pretend to be one. It's a budget-minded property, and at that level, this Castle Rock location earns top marks. Here's why: The hotel is clean throughout — the carpet even appeared to be new. The pool and jacuzzi were well-maintained and the pool was heated, which we appreciated since we used it several times during our six-night stay. I also observed a staff member doing a consistently thorough job keeping the pool area clean, which says a lot about the operation. The exercise room looked impressive as well, based on what I saw others enjoying. The free hot breakfast varied from day to day, which is a thoughtful touch that keeps it from feeling repetitive. For a budget hotel, the quality was quite good. The staff were super friendly throughout our stay, and the online check-in and room selection process worked seamlessly — a small thing that makes arrival so much more relaxed. Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance of an IHOP and a Culver's, with more dining options near the Castle Rock Outlet Mall. We were there for a family event and needed to keep costs manageable for a group — this hotel delivered exactly what we needed. One honest note for future guests: both sides of the hotel pick up freeway noise, but this appears to be true of all hotels in this area, so it's not a knock specific to Hampton Inn.

Clean and well maintained! Great staff! Located close to interstate 25! Great location with nearby restaurants.

Wish fitness was open 24hrs. I left early and was unable to workout .
