The property was fine. I had begun traveling here for work and this was my 2nd trip. The job ended early and I needed to cancel the 2nd night of stay. Although, I spoke to the front desk about this early in the morning, checked out and was told it shouldn't be a problem if Expedia approved, it was the hotel that denied the cancellation. I have found another property that is more flexible with work schedules that can change.

Pool was not heated. They need to upgrade the elevator, we got stuck in the elevator.

Mold in the shower, my daughter got an eye infection from the pool after staff told her it was safe to swim in even though it was green
