"Pleasant"

Overall it was ok the elevator was broken and had to be restarted several times before we could get downstairs with our luggage.

"Good location but needs improvements"

The staff was so nice and the facilities were very clean.

The mattress was absolutely the worst! It was the old spring type, it was hard and lumpy. Everytime you moved the bed squeaked. The elevator had issues and always was needing reset also.

"Perfect and worth it"

The lady at the desk was incredibly nice and sweet and made sure we knew she was there if we needed anything and gave us all the information we needed.(wish I could remember her name)

Honeslty can’t think of anything we disliked it was seriously perfect for the little relaxing get away we had.

The beds were not goid.. the mattresses were old and to soft.. We kept rolling down into the middle.. not a lot of great hotels in the area, but the Hilton brand was booked up.
