Staybridge Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport-Morrisville by IHG

We killed several cockroaches during our stay. The room was nice n big and everything but cockroaches spoiled it and I didn't pay over $200 to kill cockroaches. Sorry. Ask in advance if it is cockroach-free property.

The staff were just so genuine and helpful nothing was too much trouble. They really appeared to want to assist in every possible, way the weary traveller. The room was very clean and tidy and nicely presented. It had been recently renovated.

It was not the fault of the hotel staff but renovation was taking place in the breakfast are but they did their best to sort out a 'to go' breakfast.

they have a suite with 2 bedrooms ( one has a queen bed & the other has 2 double beds) plus a living room area & kitchen. they are renovating property & the rooms look good.

My husband woke up to find cockroaches in the bed. He let the front desk know as he was leave and received a “we will look into it” response.

Stayed here for a week. A week of less sleep because of the renovations. Never been at a hotel where they will renovate all night. They were working at 12am! Then again at 7:45am! The constant smells and noise made it unbearable, would have stayed longer but the constant workers roaming the hotel and noise and smells were enough. Why not start in one area instead of ripping apart the whole hotel. Our room was not even completely finish the bathroom door would not close and the tiles were not even completely tiled to the floor. Only gave it 3 stars because of breakfast and the social food.

The location was great. Breakfast was good. The hotel is doing renovations so it was a bit messy.
