Everything was clean, the room was exceptional, the food was awesome. The people were super friendly.

Room exeeded our expectations. Very clean. Beds were hard as a brick. Shuttle service was on time to and from the airport.

My entire family enjoyed the breakfast every day for the four nights we spent there. The food was hot and fresh with a good selection of items. The facility was well maintained, clean and well stocked. The renovations were complete and they looked great. The morning cook was very accommodating, pleasant, and courteous. I really appreciated her service. All of the staff was very warm and friendly.

The elevator squealed, probably can use some WD-40. And our toilet needed to be serviced to stop the continuous running. Minor things that were fixed once reported.

Managers reception and very friendly shuttle driver..didn't get the drivers name but he was quick and friendly.. Tuesday night shuttle at 11pm And of course Mr Steve.

Our toilet...had to hold the handle down during flush and wait in order for it to empty anything not liquid.. Our kitchen sink leaked and was shut off under neath..in order to use it we had to turn water on and off from.useing the valves under the sink.. We reported both issues and were told " we will have them look when you leave, you will probably get a discount for your problem" we didn't get a discount...don't say it if you won't do it.

Stayed for 1 night while picking my wife up from RDU late. Less than 10 min to RDU, there is a bit of construction going on on the road to the airport but it wasn't a problem. Hotel itself was wonderful. They have a managers reception from 5:30 to 7 on certain days of the week where you can get a free drink and small meal. I had lifted weights in the morning, so the pulled chicken, mashed potatoes and salad was perfect for me, although I can imagine some people finding it a bit simple, it was perfect for me that day. Room is extremely clean, seems recently remodeled and is just as the photos indicate. Power outlets, including USB, everywhere, on both sides of the bed and at the desk. Closet with separate coat hangers, plenty of space. I didn't use the kitchen but it was clean and looked new. I checked out the gym, and it had a converging cable machine, dumbells up to probably 40 lbs and some cardio equipment. They also had an outdoor basketball court and nice outdoor seating area. It was like 65 in December, so I sat outside and played on my phone for an hour or so. The gentlemen who checked me in was super friendly, he remembered my name when I went for the evening meal, which was a nice surprise. The people who were working breakfast were likewise very friendly. Overall, 10/10. If anything could have gone better, I would say that you could hear airplanes taking off. You get used to it, and I guess that's the tradeoff for being close to the airport.
