Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Norcross

Our first room had lots o f ants, so we asked for an alrernative. All we got was another dark room with dirty bedsheets and dirty blankets. The elevator was filled with smoke odor and had cockroaches!

Very dirty conditions, no iron or ironing board. No blow dryer.

The Hotel was very clean the service was good the bed slept comfortable didn't have any problems everyone was very friendly it also was very peaceful for the Five Nights l stay

My stay here is aways good

I will never stay there again - old, run down, gross, desperately needs to be remodeled. Breakfast was a joke - fruit was even old The housekeepers did try to make it as clean as possible, in spite of it's shape. Even the parking lot is difficult to maneuver - very steep and oddly shaped. I'm surprised of all the good scores it's gotten from earlier this year. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. Not your best or better hotel here, at all!

You can tell the hotel is fixing a few things around the property like stuff in the hall ways, the rooms are decent just have a funny smell. you get a kitchen and nice bed. but i've been to better Microtels.

Dirty hallways should have been our sign. Half of the lights did not work in the room, uncomfortable bed, dated, smelled, toilet had flushing problems and was loose from the floor. It was nasty.

Only stayed a couple hours but loved every minute of it

Breakfast, free WiFi, friendly staff, hella comfy beds, this hotel is great for price. Let me tell you, yeah there were a few bad peoples in n out (I stayed a week) but every hotel has them. Microtel in Norcross has some bad reviews & ok but I feel it was overall an A & I'm happy I didn't go by what others thought. We all got an opinion, it's best to clean some when you 1st check in anyways & if you just need a cozy place, budget friendly, quiet, & a bed to power sleep in, then this place really is where to go!

The worst part was the staff. Stayed three nights and not once did me or my family get a simple Good Morning or How are you today !!! They sat in the office tucked away. This alone had me uneasy. Housekeeping did not come by not once to at least see if we needed towels or empty the trash until we went asked. Rooms were ok, tv was horrible !! Tv was on top of the closet which was hard to see or operate. No guide so it was pointless to use, holding your arm up in the air trying to sulf through the channels.
