"Excellent"

This was one of the strangest hotels I've ever stayed at. Check in and out was easy and pleasant. Room was clean, showered were hot and beds were super comfortable. Very close to everything. My only 2 issues with it was one, you were not allowed to take your complimentary breakfast back to your room. Their eating area is very small it was it inconvenient to just stand around. And two, the door to the rest of the hotel is locked, only to be accessed by your room key. Although a great security feature is not very convenient when you're having a pizza delivery. The guy behind the desk that night refused to allow our delivery guy to come back into the hotel and i had to come to the lobby. He also chased the pizza guy off once I'd signed and gotten my food. I thought it was extremely rude of him. Other than that, it served our needs and was extremely affordable. I don't know if I would stay again. There has to be other places in that price range that don't have such strange rules about food in your rooms.

"Awesome staff"

The hotel was great. The ladies upfront were awesome. I really don't like the Atlanta and surrounding areas, but I had to bring my husband for our anniversary.

"Terrible Hotel & Service"

I was not able to check in due to extremely terrible customer service and the room being described incorrectly on the website. The managers were very rude, and not willing to even offer me second options. I was provoked and even had the police called on me, which they even felt I was mistreated and due to the case of service and lack of help from hotels.com the police suggested I file a civil suit.

Ok stay. Nothing spectacular about the facility. Had to change rooms once because of smell. Breakfast lacked in choices. Hotel staff was pleasant.
