The bed was rather hard and placement of TV was only convenient for one person in the room. The window settee was damaged

My privacy was invaded which forced us to leave only 5 hours of checking in. Would not recommend.

Killed 3 cockroaches ..

I had called the staff to inform them about my late arrival. The clerk did not pass down the information to the night shift clerk. When i arrived, the clek told me that my room was canceled. I was so mad

The size and layout of the room was great. However, the carpets were in need of a steam cleaning. Also, everytime we entered the room there was an unusual odor we couldn't quite identify. Kind of like overly ripe cantaloupe. Once we were in the room for awhile, the smell wasn't noticable. The bathroom appeared very clean. The staff was nice. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast which only consisted of muffins and cereal.

the people in the next room were fighting and screaming and banging on the wall could be heard for about 30 minutes. until I call the lobby to be called the police. Nothing nice this stay.

Very good staff. Very helpful and nice. For the price, it was very good.

I booked two rooms. One of which my Mother stayed in. Upon me telling her which room I stayed in she accidentally knocked on the room next door to mine. A woman that was one of the staff immediately became very disrespectful to my Mom stating that "she could not knock on the door". When my Mom informed her that her son was staying there, the woman responded "your son in not in there". I immediately came outside and as the arguing ensued, the man from the front desk told us we had to leave, which was an inconvenience for us coming from out of town. They called the police and when the police showed up they tried to mediate but the hotel staff would not allow us to stay another day. I believe this was a misunderstanding but the hotel staff was very rude and did not handle this in any type of professional manner.

For the price I can't expect much. However, I felt unsafe my first time in Atlanta and the area seemed pretty dangerous to me. I stayed two nights but I didn't enjoy my stay there. I know it's a cheap place to stay. A friend of mine was the one who chose it. I didn't check reviews or facilities for this hotel. I just booked it because my friend did.

Easy to find, convenient parking, quiet, friendly staff.
