"Bra hotell med bra läge"

Läget vid havet nära stranden och strandpromenaden i det trevliga 5:e decemberområdet. Utsikten, poolområdet och rummet med balkong mot havet. Personalen var enastående gjälpsam och vänlig.

Det konstiga systemet med armband för de som bodde på hotellet och ett separat armband för den ingående frukosten.

La ubicacion esta perfecta, a lado del malecon, su playa esta linda y tranquila.

El desayuno puede mejorar, el lugar esta bien en precio-calidad pero su comida no es muy buena

"DESSAPOINTED, bad management customer service?"

Just Good Location, but Poor & disappointment Hotel's policy, part of my family couldn't travel for healthy reasons, they called your Hotel's management ahead of time to cancel and explain the situation, but you didn't give any credit or refund at all, or try any apologies, or even change the dates or anything to make them feel comfortable, they didn't receive any support at all from you Hotel. if management would do anything about this issue, we would it come back here again, unfortunately this is the last time we will use your facility.
