"Good"

Needs to be updated. Needs a paint job. Bedding was not warm or comforting. Toilet in room ran the entire time. Heard the people next door talking the entire time and heard the people above me walking the entire time. Had a weird smell in the lobby.

"Armpit of hotels"

Close to freeway

A/C filter filled with mold. We had to purchase supplies to clean it. Bath sink unusable as it was filled with water. Cockroches on floor. Bug in bed. Side door out handle broken when went to open a piece of metal cut my arm (I have pictures of door and cut). Asked for medical supplies - gauze and band-aid they said NO.

"Check-In issues and dirty room made an already difficult trip even more inconvenient"

Location was convenient- Breakfast was decent.

Room was dirty- smelled heavily of mold and mildew. Bathroom was dirty. Extremely Dim lighting in the room. Booked online hours prior, even included my anticipated time of arrival and when I got there received the run around about the computers being down and not being able to find my reservation and I clearly had the confirmation email.

The location

It had a smell of smoke and weed in the elevator, in the hall and it in the room. I have bad sinus problems and I had selected a non-smoking room. I had problems trying to sleep because of the smell. The sheet had stains. The side door of the hotel is broken and anyone could come and go as they please.

Bed was comfortable.

The room had roaches. When I told the guy at the front desk he acted like he didn’t seem to care Cary much. Didn’t offer to reimburse any of my charge or to swap rooms.
