The room was large

The bathtub was filthy. We didn’t call down and complain since there was a slight language issue. We got more towels and I covered the bottom of the tub. It didn’t appear to have been cleaned in weeks, black hair was in tub, around silver spout and handle for bar had what appeared to be black mold.

Filthy! Had reserved handicap room for elderly travelers & refused it because of MOLD. Staff offered to cover it up not understanding mold.

Location

Nasty! Refused handicap room which was reserved due to mold. Refused 2nd room due to bugs! Due to late hour stayed in 3rd room which was listed as non-smoking but had ashes on the floor & no smoke detector. Never again!

"Clean and friendly "

The keys did not work on the outside side doors and we did not get the handicap room like I requested, but he said it was not put on my room request. He did accommodate us to the best room possible and he was very helpful.
