"Spacious Disney Experience for a great price"

I read a review that said this was the worst but that was definitely not my experience. We rented several rooms (I just got back home) because we took our grandkids (along with their mom and another grandmother) to Disneyland. The hotel is 15-20 minutes by car from Disneyland and the hotel has recently been renovated. The suites were a FABULOUS price and the place still smells fresh and new. There was a good sized closet and plenty of places to put luggage (a rack and another piece of furniture that looked like it was perfect for luggage). It also has a very nice pool and a good restaurant. There were a few small details, like the Keurig in our daughter's room wasn't working, that could be fixed, but for the price, it was clean, quiet, new, with good mattresses, near Disney. What's not to like?

Target across the way easy access to Disney

We had issues with our 1st room with the telephone and missing remote moved to another room and found hair on the table and dirty socks (not from us)

"Staff was not cooperative at all. Did not give us what we asked for and was not helping to get us what we needed."

Property and location was fine but staff was not very cooperative at all. I have been staying at Marriott every time I went to Anaheim but this one was probably the last time.

Staff were not friendly. This guy in the morning with brown glasses is very bossy. Try to avoid him get you help.
