"Family Trip"

Casino was great, slots very loose. Hotel service lacking. TV and internet put on our last day. No one could fix it for some reason. Could not get extra pillows and room smelled funky. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

"The website is a lie"

The room was dirty at check in, nighty behind bed and 1/2nch dust behind beds. There was no hot water. The restaurants open are in the casino and only half of them during the week. Not kid friendly. They do not have a massage. therapist throughout the week. The online website does not match what they have and offer.

"Great until I was woken up by repair person in a joining room."

"2 day trip for conference"

Casino was small but a decent setup.

Rooms seem outdated, dark, and dirty. Cheap shampoo/body wash in the showers. Staff wasn't very friendly or proactive with problems. Issued me a card that did not work. Soda tasted fun at two different soda machines. Parkling garage was a mess with random construction items on certain floors.
