Caesars Southern Indiana, A Caesars Destination

There was some kind of noise that was going off the entire night. We were to far from the casino for it to be that. It was very hard to sleep with the non stop noise. Also 3 pillows on a king bed is odd.

Room was very comfortable and clean. And quiet.

Parking lot to lobby not easiest trek. Food requured long walk to and through casino.

During check-in at Caesars Indiana a front desk display featured a Santa Claus next to a black monkey this imagery was placed in a prominent guest facing service area in a public hospitality setting search, image imagery is inappropriate and inconsistent with the brand standards and inclusivity exceptions I request management review and confirmation that corrective action has been taken

Convenient

Definitely not what it used to be. Never thought I'd say I miss the boat, but I do. Remember the ice cream place, the buffet, the deli, the BBQ place that had live bands, the Asian Food place, the kiosks set up selling jewelry, etc..? All that is gone...It's been replaced with a sad Food Court where most of the restaurants are shuttered. On a Friday evening: a pizza place and the grill were all that was open. The one bright spot was a higher end restaurant: Gordon Ramsay Steak, which was open and the food was excellent, but be prepared to spend $100+ per person. You can't order a beverage from the slot machines anymore. There are no servers taking your order on the floor or offering a water unless you are playing a table game or in high limit. There is no Valet Parking. There is no Gift Shop near the check in desk, it's closed. There's no pretty comfortable furniture near the check in area. There are no longer shuttles to take you to and from the casino. There are a couple moving walkways, but it's still quite a walk. Caesars has definitely lost its attention to detail: The gold fixtures in the rooms/building are tarnished. The comforters on the beds are paper thin. Cleanliness is lacking. No more complimentary bottles of water and cookies upon checking in. The bottle of water in the room is $4. There is a mini fridge and Keurig, but no microwave. It's sad how corporate greed takes over and loses sight of the most important thing: their customers.
