One thing that I would have to say I didn’t like was I requested a ground floor room a week before my arrival and was put on the 2 nd floor other than that everything was perfect

A working elevator and less noise in the morning from housekeeping.

Nowhere on your website did it reveal a $75 dollar charge for a pet nor a $14 arking fee that was included in the nightly price. By 9.00 a.m. the breakfast offered was already out of stock and waiting for their truck to arrive.

Cheiro muito forte de esgoto no banheiro Saímos dois dias antes do término de nossa reserva por conta do frio extremo, dentro do horário de ckeckout, e o hotel só reembolsou uma diária.

A recepción dolgozó hölgy (hatalmas tetoválással a mellkasán, csak azért írom így, mert a nevére nem emlékszem) elképesztően goromba, udvariatlan és ápolatlan. Az első benyomás amikor Hotelba megérkezel, az hogy nem köszönnek, majd unottan, a szemedbe sem nézve közli mennyit kell fizetni, borzasztóan kiábrándító. A Booking oldalán található fotók és leírás nem egyezik. Nagyon megtévesztő, ez átverés! Mivel éjjel érkeztünk 11 óra vezetés után rendkívül fáradtak voltunk, csak ezért maradtunk, különben faképnél kellett volna hagyni a neveletlen recepcióst a koszos és lelakott szobával együtt.

The location was very convenient. We wanted to visit Saint Augustine, FL, and the hotel was in a great spot for that—easy access and close enough to make getting around simple.

The check-in experience was very disappointing. The person who received us placed us in a different room than what we had booked and made no effort to correct the mistake or help us find a solution. In addition, there was no hot water due to an issue with the water heater, the room was not clean, and the roll-out bed had visible stains.
