Nice Property, friendly and helpful front desk management ,dog friendly , excellent views, very well maintained swimming pool and spa . Secure parking and easy access to beach through several exits. Great place to stay

The hotel was quiet. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Loved sitting on the balcony and be able to see the beach and listen to the waves.

The parking seemed to be a little small. There was at times cars that did not have spots to park in.

I reserved a king room with a patio or balcony view. when we arrived, we were told the rooms were not clean and it was after 4 o’clock. We waited and we’re finally given a room with a balcony that has a view of the neighborhood behind the hotel no beach no pool just the neighborhood. I was very disappointed in that and that’s why we did not stay another night.

Location was ok, but not many dining options in Vilano Beach itself.

I prepaid for the room a couple of months before my stay. After staying at the Hampton Inn Vilano Beach, they billed me about $48 for three nights of parking. I wish that booking.com had explained that parking was extra on top of expensive nightly room rates. Breakfasts were mediocre. On the same trip, Drury Inn and Fairfield Inn had better breakfasts. Before booking at a Hampton Inn again, I will be asking about parking.
