The view was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable.

The only negative thing is the carpet. The carpet appears old. The room has been completely refurbished, and they left the carpet. Hardwood floors would be cleaner and more sanitary.

Location

I didn't like having to pay for parking. Also didn't like paying over $80 for a pet fee, wish we weren't told about when we registered. That was pretty ridiculous having to pay half as much as the room charge for a pet fee... We won't be visiting there again...

We like the location - close to beach, plenty of places within walking distance - and the hotel is great. Pool area very nice
