Baymont by Wyndham Mooresville

Hotel has roaches, black mold in bath tub, along the tile and in the jet’s for the tub, pool was under construction which was one reason I chose this hotel and couldn’t even use it.

Very dirty and poorly maintained. Very helpful pleasant staff

This is the worst. Dont stay here! No breakfast!! No sign to get to the hotel. Blankets dry rotted with holes. Leaky fauset. Halls reaked of weed. Did I mention NO breakfast at all, not even coffee in the lobby. The over all condition of this hotel was bad. Needs a lot of repairs. The room number was hand written on the wall with pencil by someone with terrible handwriting. Just sad! At least the bed was comfortable if you can get past the rips and holes in the blanket. Yikes. I wont be back. Wish someone else had left a recent review about this place before I booked it. I asked about the breakfast amd it seems they never have it due to corporate issues, no provider. So it was not just today. :(

The bed and sheets were clean which is number one with me but everything else was pretty dirty. It’s just an old place that hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Pool was under renovation hot tub shut down, none of the ice makers worked, drink machine out of order, fitness area not accessible. Couldn’t find anything to drink on the entire property

The room was dirty ,The hallway smell really, really bad the elevator was nastyI will never stay there again.

The hotel looks better on the outside than it does the inside. The first room we were put in had no light cover in the bathroom did not work the lights the television didn’t work then we was put in a nicer room which I was OK with and the so-called breakfast buffet was horrible ....eggs were hard as a rock and the staff is not friendly what so ever except maybe one person or two ....Baymont is considered a nicer hotel but this particular one was not for sure it needs a lot of work especially the staff! Appearance and attitude is a key component for businesses, this hotel definitely lacked that!

Bed was comfortable and room was clean Nice quiet area.

We booked this hotel bc it had a indoor pool, we had time between the time we check in and when we had to be somewhere. We were going to enjoy the pool and relax, the pool was closed. Our sink did not work well. Won't be back.

Staff was very friendly. Computers were unacceptably slow, both at check-in and check-out.
