Baymont by Wyndham Mooresville

Room wasn’t clean, smelled like smoke, and the blankets had burn marks. Hotels.com said they had complimentary breakfast, they did not. Hotels.com said they had a pool, it was under construction. This hotel was horrible for a family with young kids. The only option was to sit on the bed and watch TV.

Room with 2 beds and only 1 towel for showers. Breakfast was not provided as stated. Was told they did not have the staff to provide the breakfast. Will not stay here again.

The only good thing I can say is that the front desk attendant was nice and check in was quick and easy. That's where everything good ended. We rode the elevator up to the 3rd floor and the elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpets were absolutely filthy and very old. We Got to our floor and saw that our room number was written in marker on the wall. Part of the reason that we chose this hotel was because breakfast was included and when we checked in they informed us that they were very short staffed and breakfast was not being served. That was very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room smelled as though it was previously a smoking room. The bath door was broken and the lighting in the toilet did not work as expected leading to an accident. The fridge leaked water.

The hotel was not clean at all. The rooms and hallways smelled of cigarettes and did not look like they had been properly cleaned in a very long time. We had to switch rooms because our original room was very dirty and lacked many amenities. When we switched rooms, we did not even have a shower curtain. The sheets were dirty for both rooms and the pillows were subpar. Overall, the stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It does not deserve the reviews it has on Expedia.

No air conditioning ask multiple times about it. Only 1 towel for 2 night stay, had to ask for soap and shampoo. Halls looked dirty. Should be given a refund of some kind

Carpet throughout was dirty, the hallways smelled like smoke. The exterior was dilapidated and hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Honestly I don’t recommended this hotel. Everything was dirty: the elevator, the stairs, the carpet, the blankets. The smell of cigarettes was very strong in the hole hotel. I asked for a non-smoking room, but everything smell to cigarette. Also, they offered free breakfast when I made the reservation, and when I was at the checkin they told me that they don’t have it anymore. Almost $100 per night, and was a very unpleasant place.

The room bathroom sink was stopped up when I first walked in plus the shower curtain had mold on it.

I travel to Mooresville NC several times a year and I usually stay at another hotel. On this particular trip that hotel was booked solid, along with every other hotel in the area, except for the the Baymont. Boy, do I wish that was not the case. This entire facility smells. The main lobby smells. The elevator smells, and yes the room smells terrible. I'll sleep in my vehicle next time before staying here again
