Hardman House

The staff was very friendly! The room was dusty and stuffy. Everything seemed like it needed to be cleaned, including hallway. The price was reasonable with a good location, but the room really needed a good cleaning.

The room needed to be deep cleaned

Our room was very clean and spacious. A bit dated, and could use an update. They're working on that. The shower was great. Location good. Great restaurant (Heidi's) across the street for breakfast. Very good!! We'd stay here again and recommend it.

The breakfast was pretty lame. If you're ok with toast and coffee or juice, then you'll be happy here. The beds were comfortable, but they use a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet, so it bunched up under us while we were sleeping. We hated that!!

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Location was great for my needs and access to the event that brought me to Carson City. Covered parking is good, especially if security cameras work.

Facility is very tired and worn down. Very in need of a complete refresh of carpet, paint and crunbling brick steps. Card key lock very slow to respond to card and unlock, once I even had to ask front desk to open the door after 3 attempts with different cards. Nothing special about breakfast offerings.

We stayed here Sep 21, 2024 - Sep 22, 2024 and had a pleasant experience. We recently stayed here again and will not stay here again. This place went down hill. The sign out front says "Impeccably clean". This is not true! We stopped by early and the clerk stated they could not hold our carry on bag. We came back later and the clerk was not friendly or welcoming. All the floors in the lobby and hallways were dirty and stained. The lamp shade was broken. Stains throughout our room and dirt on the floors. We were in room 313. Coffee in the room but no coffee pot. Sink and bathtub stained. The whole area seemed sketchy. This place is in desperate need of a makeover. We did not feel comfortable or safe. The view was a construction site. I wish I could have posted all the pictures I took. The best thing about this place was leaving.

For the price it was adequate. The rooms are tired but it was clean. The hot water was barely warm and the heat in the room was insufficient. The bed had a good comforter on it and that made sleeping bearable. It cool be a very cool place but the owners do need to invest some money in a rooms remodel and upgrade and it could be a Carson City classic hotel.

The ground walking to the car isn’t really the smoothest and a little problem with the heating but we got the room comfortable.

Whole place needs a deep cleaning and carpets replaced.

The staff was great, location central with restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Property is older, not completely refurbished. Parking is good, but filled up on Saturday due to large events nearby.
