Clean, friendly staff and atmosphere, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast !!

Couldn’t stay in lobby after 11pm to watch NFL game which we could watch on room tv but totally understand why.. noise etc

"My worst experience at the Embassy"

Allow my pet, breakfast and Happy hour.

My room was not as clean as it could have been, There were stains on the carpet and furniture, rips on the sofa cushions, lamp shade was filthy and ceiling was in the bathroom was chipped and peeling.

"Embassy Sweets Rockside Roads Sucks!"

I could not be more disappointed in this Hilton property, we had a group of 9 families for a basketball tournament! The SECURITY was constantly on our group but we had the best behaved kids I have seen in 5 years of coaching youth sports! The property should be embarrassed and their behavior!

"Great Holiday Stay"

The staff were so friendly and kind to me. Shoutout to Ms. Angel, Ms. Debbie, and the nice lady who worked the morning shifts on 12/25 & 12/26. All of them were so accommodating and made my day. Anytime had a request or needed extra supplies, they came through. They were also very kind and conversational. The breakfasts were also amazing. Also shoutout to the chefs at the omelet station who worked on 12/25 & 12/26.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave. I wanted to stay longer.

"Stains on carpet and walls"

Quick and efficient check-in. But the condition of the room, I just can’t figure out how housekeeping can’t send a report to maintenance as part of an inspection process. However, the room was very quiet, and there was no noise from the HVAC system, which is rare for hotels anymore. Good choices for the breakfast as well.
