For the most part I liked everything about the hotel & stay. ESPECIALLY the young men back there making the omelets. They were so good!!!

I didnt like that when I was preparing to go get ice there was someone else's fake eyelash stuck to the bag of my ice bucket. When I called the front desk the receptionist laughed it off like it was nothing. I found it to ve disgusting.

"What felt like a 5 star experience the first day, turned to the opposite the second day despite the amazing hospitality"

I love the manager/check in attendants named Lysa, Another one I couldn’t catch her name at night as well, and I loved the layout of the hotel, very unique and open and the value with the drinks and breakfast tickets and everything were amazing. Close proximity to a lot of everything Cleveland and surrounding has to offer.

The pool ended up being closed for most of the stay although it was a most unfortunate inconvenience, as it was the main selling point of our stay here and the main search filter that I used to search for our family stay and I verified many times leading up to the stay date in case of need for cancellation last minute. As We used yesterday to explore the browns event. Then the second day stay was simply to relax, rest and let the family swim. I also verified before the pool had closed for the night, that it would be available the next day without reservation and operational and was reassured. Lysa was extremely helpful and professional and attempted to remedy it a little for me but was unable due to booking.com . I was offered to check out without charge for the second day but we were snowed in and stuck for the second day as not to put our family in danger on the roads far from home. It was awful the second day with all the kids having nothing to do and trapped in 1 room with everyone wishing to leave the night before but far too afraid to be in the car in the weather conditions.

Room was very nice and spacious, and all the staff were very friendly.

A hot tub was advertised, and included in pictures, but there is no longer one on the property which was a disappointment.
