The room was grotty and dirty as was the bathroom, was bitten by something on the bed too. Very few TV channels and no apps that you could log into. This hotel is charging double what the rooms are worth. The only good thing was the Starbucks at reception.

Absolutely loved it at the hotel came for a relaxing stay overnight and was definitely relaxing i just wish i had my swimming costume with me i forgot it… will definitely be booking again 👍🏻 staff was very polite and the room was very clean

Excellent staff especially the ones in charge of the Inspiration Suite Bury FC event. Went above and beyond.

I was in room 178 - noise above from 7am - possibly from the gym. Okay if you don't want a lie in. :)
