I stayed there several times and had always been satisfied. I stayed over 2 nights and maybe I am being unreasonable but I feel I am paying for more than a bed. I’m paying a prorated portion of $3,300 per month rent for a studio with no kitchen. I can abide with this provided I am getting some value added. The “free breakfast” was satisfactory and more than adequate. What wasn’t acceptable was not receiving any housekeeping service to tidy up, change towels and make the bed. I am a mover and consequently messed up the bedding to the point I had to make my own bed. Haven’t done that since Basic Training and I didn’t have to pay $115 per night at Basic. When I inquired at the desk they said housekeeping is provided every third day unless you ask for it more frequently. And the it would only be done if they had time. It was apparently a policy started during Covid and has been so popular they just kept it. I wasn’t briefed at check-in. The furnishings were nice but the property was somewhat worn. The grout between bathroom tiles was starting to come out. Walls and molding was scuffed and gouged. The elevator (the only one) was 10 months out of date on its safety inspection/ certification or at least the posted placard indicated it was overdue. Staff was friendly but management seem to be providing as little as they can get away with. Back to the Hampton or Fairfield for this weary traveler

A decent hotel. The room and bathroom were both clean. The room as well is very big. The bathroom looks a little tired but is perfectly functional. Great location for Fermilab. At our request, the hotel provided a shuttle bus service to and from Wilson Hall every day, which was excellent. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

Some noise from the heating/air conditioning during the night - maybe I needed to figure out how to turn it off. The bathroom maybe needs renovating but is perfectly fine.
