Staff was nice and the room was super clean

The hotel was clean, the employees were all kind. The breakfast was great.

Coffee station was no better than a gas station.

The bed was super uncomfortable very hard and the pillows were flat.

Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of great options but decent.

I was deeply dissatisfied with my stay. I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub, only to be told upon trying to use it that it had to be turned on. The staff member who came to assist then informed me that it malfunctions after only five minutes due to overheating, posing a fire hazard, and would subsequently shut down. This meant the primary reason for my booking was unusable. Furthermore, the room conditions were poor: the carpet had a noticeable odor and was visibly unclean. Finally, my family and I were subjected to significant noise disturbance from a loud, crowded hallway that began around 1:00 AM on Saturday night. The noise was so disruptive we initially thought it was an emergency. The disturbance prevented us from sleeping for the remainder of the night, which seriously impacted our plans for the following day.

Good location and friendly staff

Our shower was dirty when we arrived, the microwave was also dirty, the hot tub didn’t work and we paid extra for the whirlpool room, and the mini fridge made loud noises throughout the night waking us up every hour on the hour.
