We were at the Mac for a wedding… 20 of us spent 3 hours on the Marriott patio … well done servers! Our room was clean and comfortable but had a broken tap in sink of bathroom… very inconvenient! We had buffet breakfast in the dining area … Check-out was quick.

Great view of the Edmonton river valley from the dining room and outdoor patio. The staff were all courteous and accomodating. My wife's only complaint was the hair conditioner bottle was empty. Not a problem for me because I don't have much hair left and can't read labels without My glasses. Overall good experience.

20 minute wait to check in. Room had an empty tissue box and when I went to take a shower there was no body wash in the shower. It was obviously not properly cleaned before I arrived. The door to the room was wide open when I arrived also. The parking at the hotel is $45 for self parking, per day, and it isn’t even covered or monitored. That is more expensive than any hotel I have ever stayed in. I was also very disappointed with my view. For a hotel on the river valley, I didn’t expect my view on the second floor to be of a parking lot, next to the hotel. No city view, No river view. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

A convenient location. We got a nice large corner room with river views from every window including the huge bathroom. The hotel is older but clean. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. However, the room is in need of some maintenance and repairs. A cracked window, loose ceiling grate, door hook in the bathroom was so loose we were afraid to use it. Staff was great, friendly and efficient. Beautiful views from the dining room. Buffet breakfast was ok, your usual hotel buffet breakfast, nothing spectacular.
