Location.

They were a bit cheap with the breakfast items. Door to lobby locked at 10:50 pm. The sign said 11:00 pm. I called the number like it said on the sign and no one answered to let me in. Fortunately someone who stays there regularly walked up and also wanted to get in. I told him I called and no answer. He knew the window to knock on to get the front desk attendant’s attention. I didn’t know that. It was a bit scary.

We loved the waterfront location. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. Also, it has a cozy lobby and a nice outdoor seating area, although they're small. The facility is not huge with a lot of rooms. It's a nice size. Also, the breakfast is filling with a "make your own meal" basket. Finally, the staff is very responsive and friendly!

There isn't a central stairwell to the third floor. You have to go to the west end. Also, the stairway to the east is an emergency exit.
