"Family Christmas overnight stay"

The check in was easy and the rooms were comfortable. We were there for a family Christmas Adventure at the Warm Springs Ranch. The Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were clean and the pool was great for the grandkids.

"Great Place. Pool Under Construction."

Service was very friendly. The room was nice. The only drawback to this stay was that the pool was under construction. When you travel with kids, you look for hotels with pools. It's the only reason we stayed here and to find out the pool wasn't available was very disappointing.

"Dirty linens, bring ur own"

About 50% of towels were stained and my comforter was dirty so I requested a new one, the new one had blood stains. finally I got a clean one but left a bad taste in my mouth. The woman who works in the afternoon/evening is very rude but the man who comes at night was kind.

"Clean and convenient"

The rooms were clean and quiet and the hotel had easy access to the highway. Check-in was smooth. The breakfast area was finishing a remodeling project when I checked in and looked nice the next morning. There is an Arby's next door and a Love's Travel Center with a Wendy's in it about a quarter of a mile away.

They are renovating, the hot tub is waiting on a part. We had a blast and pretty much had a beach party in the pool! Staff was very good and helpful! It was a very fun trip! Thank you
