Sandman Hotel & Suites Williams Lake

I was very unhappy I asked for around floor as I have a hard time with stairs I didn't get it also it said it had a pool they could have told me it was closed would have booked where I would have been accommodated

Check in was easy and Dorian at the front desk was very helpful, going above & beyond. Everything is within walking distance with Denny's next to the lobby. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Parking was tight for larger vehicles, had trouble maneuvering at times but we manage.

Location good

Uncomfortable room, pillows to hard, bed was hard and lots of noise

The room had broken things in it (closet door for example). There were missing lightbulbs. It wasn't that clean, and generally felt unsafe. For $150/night that's a lot of negative.
