The front desk clerk was amazing Dolian I believe his name was excellent service .

It was a bit outdated and my room didn't get cleaned or tidied the days I stayed at all.

Front desk staff were friendly and quick to check in and out with. The room was very clean and I like that soaps and shampoo/conditioner were provided. Housekeeping staff were friendly as well. Great location, within 5 min (walking) of restaurants and shopping.

My room was very close to the entrance so I heard loud banging from people coming in and out all night. In my online booking, I had requested a room not on the ground floor, and technically I had to go up a few steps but it didn't really meet my expectations. The entrance and hallway look to be under construction, with missing baseboards and confusing signage on the door (said not to use this door but I was directed to it by staff).

The location, the staff and the price

Hate to say but the renovations happening puts a bit of a damper on comfort level.

No breakfast and hotel is under construction the room was redone and updated but the inside of the building had no carpet or dry wall

Not being under construction and not very soundproof
