The spacious size of the room. The location. The staff are very nice and cooperative. The swimming pool is wonderful. The breakfast is amazing.

Clarity of the advertising on booking.com is very necessary. This is a joint responsibility between the hotel and booking.com. I was expecting a room with a balcony, yet I ended up with a sealed one and inaccessible. I expected all hotel facilities included in the room rate. I ended up paying extra fees for some. So, I’m expecting booking.com to work on this issue, and the hotel to be precise and clear about everything.

The apartmemt was on the 30th floor with excellent views of Colombo city. The check-in process was easy and flawless. The apartment was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awsome with plenty of options.

The apartment was a bit old fashioned and some of the items seems to be out dated. More amenities could have been provided, with more dental kits and creamer,...etc.

I stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment for 5 days and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. It truly felt like being at home. The reservation staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Anura, Mr. Tharaka, and Mr. Atula. The Duty Manager on emergency duty was also very supportive. I would also like to thank Mr. Pujith and Mr. Manoday for their excellent service and hospitality. The food was excellent, and Mr. Suranga was especially friendly and attentive to us during our stay.
