Came back to Hilton Residences after 2 years and the experience was a great one! Our family was upgraded to a bigger suite and we were provided some extra amenities like red wine, fruits and some sweet treats which I found was very thoughtful. Chanthuli was very helpful and ever ready to assist and ensure that everything was up to perfection. She made our stay a very comfortable and memorable one for me and my family. We will definitely be back soon!

I booked a 2‑bedroom suite and paid the full amount in advance, expecting to get exactly what I reserved. But when I arrived, they told me that for the first night they had put me in a double room, and only from the second day onward would the 2‑bedroom suite be available.When I asked if they would refund the difference for the downgrade, they said no refund, but they could offer a “complimentary” dinner instead. I found that completely unreasonable, as I paid for a 2‑bedroom suite, they downgraded me, and then tried to call a dinner “complimentary” while keeping the full amount. How is that complimentary? I had to argue with them just to get the room I originally booked, and the room was clearly vacant the whole time, which made the situation feel very shady. Only after insisting did they finally give me the correct room.Overall, it was a disappointing and unprofessional experience.
