Relais Villa Olmo - Place of Charme

This hotel is a lovely property outside of Florence. I highly recommend renting a vehicle or having transportation prepared before going. The room are small but comfortable. The bathrooms are perfect. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are lovely.

Fantastic location, with incredible views. The room was outstanding, and spotlessly clean. The pool area was fabulous - clean and fresh towels for guests. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff could not have been more helpful from the staff in Reception trying to help my husband book a round of golf, to Lucretia in the restaurant helping with food choices and Eduardo in the pool bar/restaurant - a 'ray of sunshine'.

The staff were all excellent attentive andfriendly, mirella gave great places to visit suggestions.appreciated English speak. Love the pool. The property also has wonderfulTuscan ambience.

Spacious modern bathroom, however, a little stingy with the small amenities. Like extra bar of soap. Morning coffee is very important so we missed having 2 per person of each type of coffee available for the in room coffee machine. Staff was great about giving us a separate cup of milk for coffee for our stay . dinner menu may benefit from more variety.

Een sprookjesachtig mooi hotel, fantastisch uitzicht, en heerlijk ontbijt: echt Toscaans genieten! Op de kamer staat zelfs een weegschaal. Na al dat heerlijk eten misschien een aanrader die níet te gebruiken.

Hoewel de accommodatie alles in zich heeft misten wij toch een beetje de gastvrije sfeer vanuit het personeel. Dat zat hem in kleine dingen. Het is geen kritiek, maar er waren wat verbeterpunten. En dan zou het hier een dikke 10 krijgen.

Beautiful villa on a working vineyard and olive grove. The pool area and bar were lovely and the restaurant was amazing. The rooms had many original features and were simply perfect
