Large pot holes in parking lot. All staff except 2 out of the 5 I encountered were rude and unprofessional. Front desk not attended, long wait because they are always outside smoking. After having to be moved due to room not being cleaned properly and the smell the “new” room smelled of weed and was dusty, hair in bathroom. Broken fridge cabinet so the fridge could barely be opened. Two towels for 3 people on a 4 night stay!

We were refused a room and refund because the only rooms left were not supposed to rent out due to having bo TV or refrigerators. The clerk was rude.

My bathroom was filthy The toilet had not been cleaned the bathtub had not been cleaned and there was hair all up and down the back of the bathroom door they moved my rooms I went to get in my bed pulled my sheets back and there was a red fake nail in it

The staff was incredibly friendly I'm traveling with 4 small children and they were so sweet and helpful even helped me carry a car seat. They had fresh cookies and coffee when I arrived. The breakfast was such a bonus with a wide variety
