Dirty floors in the tiled room and clumps of dirt in hallways.

The bed and the sheets were amazing!

I had to clean the room prior to us unpacking and putting our 11 month old baby down. There was what appeared to be blood on the floor in spots and on the bathroom door and handle. Along with the bathtub having shampoo from prior ppl left behind. The room was not clean. It also smelled extremely musty.

How easy it was to get to from the interstate. The extended hours for the pool.

The website said hottub... there was none.

Breakfast

Booked two nights. Due to family problem we had to leave after first night. Told front desk around 9am and was told no refund. They said it was a guaranteed reservation. That said, if I had made a reservation that morning but called before 6pm I would not have been charged. Evidently somewhere in the fine print. I got screwed out of $130. Evidently you don't want return customers.

Having the indoor pool and it being open till midnight

The curtain couldn’t be closed to blackout the room and the lights shinning in from the parking lot

Breakfast was okay

The clerk told me to remove everything in my car because the crackheads will break into your car... And the damn Pitbull dog walking around the lobby without a muzzle was pretty scary to say the least. There were also Prostitutes walking around at the same location. The door had 3 locks on it???
