Blue Door Inn

The property was excellent for their value. It is not too new, but extremely clean, comfortable and everything worked great ( water pressure and AC). One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. Good small breakfast was appreciated. Peter was nice to advise on useful information ( weather, time of restaurants closure, what to see). At night it was quiet, could not hear the neighbors (woohoo). I will def stay there if I travel to Estes Park again

Old and run down. First room out of three. Had hair on bed and counters. Second room tv did not work. It was dirty, light would not work and it wasn't the bulb. Third room door would not close flush and the safety lock was broken off the door. The dryer was broken.

Old and run down. No repairs have been done in years. Wall air is old and filters not changed. Room was dirty. Manager moved us to three different rooms. First room had hair on counter by blow dryer and bed . Second room was hot and TV did not work. One light in sitting room and the outlet showed signs or being burnt, we thought it was a blub in the light. No, it was the outlet. You could see dirt under the TV stand. Floor had not been swept. Third room the safety lock on the top of the door was completely gone. Door did not shut all the way close. Turned on the AC unit on wall and a terrible smell of musty air came out. Filter need to be changed for sure. Will not stay here again.

Loved the scenery of the snowcapped mountains. The price of the room was reasonable.

The room was not comfortable. It was very cold inside. The heater put out very little heat...too cold to shower. The clothes rack was not stable enough to hold our clothes. Therefore, the rack broke.
