The breakfast was terrible the syrup for the waffles was terrible.Also the toilet and tub was super nasty when we arrived.The pillows was flat bed uncomfortable.Had pay extra $100 deposit when arrived was not mentioned on website.The house keepers was nice!!!

Everything need change go too website let everyone know have pay $100 deposit and hotel fees.Please get new syrup for waffles it tastes like water.Get rid of those nasty sausages bring the sausage back they had in 2019 everything was excellent then.

Dirty in parts of the room. Other guests were noisy. Room key didn’t always work. Hall windows were unclosable and it was cold outside. Breakfast was very disappointing.

"Horror in Saginaw"

The receptionists.

Everything. It was dirty, outdated, the beds were filthy, the breakfast was burnt and dry. They gave me a whole new room and it was filthy as well. The rooms had roaches and bed bugs and I had my babies with me. It was my baby son's birthday and he did not enjoy it! I'm not even from Saginaw but I was there to visit my family for my baby's birthday and I stayed up all night just to monitor the bugs because we had no other choice but to stay there! I didn't receive good service nor a refund and I told the manager and they switched my room but it wasn't any BETTER! I don't have any pictures but I do have videos!

Affordable. Easily accessible off freeway

Dirty. Smelled like weed. Stains on all carpet and all furniture. Mattress pads were not changed. Had other peoples hair on them and stains.

"Old place but clean and safe"

"Decent for the price"

Clean bed.

My room door had a big gap, didn't close all the way. The keyless door was very loud, making a loud gear noise for 30 seconds when using the key card. The lights kept flickering on and off when on for a short duration.The people next door were partying, playing loud music early into the next day, and the staff didn't do anything about it. Breakfast was very disappointing, hardly any options. They had soggy undercooked scrambled eggs and dried up sausage links, breads and a few fruits to choose from. Wifi didn't work so we couldn't watch Netflix or anything. There were no good channels on the tv. Hallways were freezing cold. The hotel definitely needs a renovation, but it's fine if you don't have anywhere else to stay and needs some place a little cheaper than the surrounding hotel.
